On May 23, 2014, Millstone Bangert, Inc. and the construction arm of Fred Weber, Inc. joined forces to become Millstone Weber, LLC. Headquartered in St. Charles, MO, we have developed into one of the leading construction firms in the Midwest, working on a diverse array of heavy civil transportation projects across multiple states.
Over our combined history, MW has completed many landmark projects, including complex urban interchanges, new interstate highways, runways, specialty bridges and mass transit systems.

Fred Weber, Sr. aquires First Road Contract.
Considered the formal beginning of Fred Weber
I.E. Millstone Enters the Construction Industry
Specializing in reinforced concrete building techniques that improved quality at lower costs.

Millstone Expands
Millstone expands into a variety of construction projects directed at aiding in the war effort, operating prefabrication facilities for constructing defense housing units and hospital buildings.
Weber Asphalt and Sand Operations
After the passing of his father, Fred Weber, Jr. develops new asphalt and sand operations, while pushing quarrying processes to become more efficient.

Bangert Brothers Construction Company
Bangert Brothers Construction Company wins its on first project at Lamber St. Louis international Airport beginning a decades-long working relationship.
John Weber Succeeds
John Weber succeeds Fred Weber, Jr. becoming President and Chairman of Board.

Millstone and Bangert Partner
After years of successful partnerships I.E. Millstone merges with the Bagert Brothers Construction Company.
Rebranding
Bangert Brothers Construction Company rebrands as Millstone Bangert, Inc.

2003
Partnering Together
Millstone Bangert and Fred Weber partner to construct a new $75M runway expansion at Lamber – St. Louis International Airport.
Becoming a Joint Team
Millstone and Weber are members of a joint-venture team awarded the first design-build contract for the Missouri Department of Transportation, the New I-64 Project. This $240M project reconstruction ten miles of Interstate 64 though the heart of St. Louis.

Merging Together

After a decade of extremely successful partnerships, Millstone Bagert, Inc. and the construction arm of Fred Weber, Inc. officially merge to become Millstone Weber, LLC.
MW was awarded its’ first project the same year, a $26M ramp replacement on the Poplar Street Bridge.
New Locations
Millstone Weber opens a new regional office in Denver, Colorado.

Becoming Employee Owned
Millstone Weber becomes 100% employee owned on December 31, 2020.
