Project Details

In 2018, Millstone Weber (MW) was awarded this project with BNSF Railway (BNSF) to perform civil construction services for the addition of a two-mile siding track adjacent to BNSF's existing Main Track on the Avard Subdivision near Hopeton, Oklahoma. The scope of work included grading, drainage improvements, crossing reconstruction, and construction of a new twelve (12) span siding bridge bearing on driven h-pile foundations with precast concrete superstructure. MW began construction in May 2018 and turned the new trackbed over to BNSF in August 2018.
